Work Unit: Mental Health Services Central Australia Region
Location: Alice Springs
Primary Objective: Provide high level clinical leadership and strategic direction across Mental Health Services Central Australia Region, including management of the medical team and proactive clinical advice to the General Manager and NT Health CA Region Executive.
Remuneration Package: SMO2.3 - Remuneration Package $315,843 - $349,187 (including salary $270,033 - $298,705)
Experience Level: Senior Staff Specialist Clinician SMO2.1 - SMO2.3
Responsibilities
* Provide high level clinical leadership across the Mental Health Services Central Australia Region.
* Strategically direct regional mental health services and coordinate across teams.
* Manage the medical team and ensure clinical governance and quality of care.
* Provide proactive clinical advice to the General Manager and NT Health CA Region Executive.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Staff Specialist Clinician (SMO2.1 – SMO2.3) or equivalent.
* Demonstrated leadership in clinical governance and regional health service delivery.
