About the Role
The Talent Partner is a full-time position that requires partnering with senior managers to develop and implement the end-to-end talent management process. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as preparing contracts and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants should have a Diploma in Human Resources or relevant experience, excellent attention to detail, and high-level administration skills. They should also be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, adapt quickly to changing situations, and work independently or as part of a team.
