We are seeking a full-time culinary professional for our busy establishment in Bracken Ridge QLD.
Responsibilities:
* Plan menus with senior management, including daily specials and events.
* Demonstrate cooking techniques and delegate cooking duties to kitchen staff.
* Prepare and cook food according to the menu, meeting special dietary requirements.
* Evaluate product needs and costs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Supervise and prepare rosters for kitchen staff, monitoring all stages of preparation and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of full-time work experience in the nominated occupation and hold an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma.
