Job Title: Training Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Operations Director to lead our team of Travelling Workplace Trainers. As the key liaison between trainers and stakeholders, you will ensure top-notch compliance and exceptional training delivery across various programs.
This newly created role is focused on driving excellence in training and workforce development, making a meaningful impact on participant success and community growth. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring all training programs meet accreditation and regulatory standards.
* Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.
* Maintain and enhance the quality of training delivery.
* Write and manage contracts and grants for funding.
* Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including training providers and industry experts.
* People Management
* Provide direction, mentorship, and motivation to staff, fostering high performance and alignment with our values.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff for accredited and non-accredited programs.
* Cultivate positive relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders, focusing on Indigenous communities.
* Engage with internal stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
* Implement regular feedback and performance reviews.
* Use data-driven metrics to assess and improve employee performance.
* Facilitate team meetings and activities to build strong relationships and community.
About You: In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the VET sector, effective management and people leadership skills, ability to ensure all training programs meet accreditation and regulatory standards, strong networking skills to collaborate with industry partners, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.

Requirements: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or a successor qualification), understanding of RTO operations, ASQA standards, the VET Quality Framework, and higher education compliance.
