Senior Human Resources Business Partner
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive strategic and operational HR outcomes that align with business goals and people strategy.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will partner with them to design and deliver HR and workplace strategies that meet business needs.
* Partner with leaders to design and deliver HR and workplace strategies.
* Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent management and remuneration.
* Lead and support Enterprise Agreement negotiations within your client groups.
* Advising and coaching leaders on proactive team performance management, employee development and succession planning.
* Drive attraction, retention and talent management initiatives to meet business needs and workforce planning requirements.
* Manage HR data, analytics and reporting to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
* Support and lead HR projects to enhance service delivery and employee engagement.
Key skills required for this role include:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior HR generalist role.
* At least 5 years in a HR Business Partnering capacity.
* Proven experience in Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
* Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent planning and HR analytics.
