About The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join our Infrastructure Services team based in Maroochydore. You’ll lead on-site civil crews and support the delivery of key electrical infrastructure projects across major roads, rail, airports, commercial and urban developments.
Your role will include
- Overseeing daily site operations and crew coordination
- Delivering civil works across electrical infrastructure projects
- Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
About You
You're a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to motivate teams in dynamic environments. You’ll bring:
- Excavator license and posi track ticket with 12+ months’ experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role
- Experience working around live services and to TMR standards
- MR Licence (desirable, not essential)
- Flexibility to work day/night shifts and jump on or off the tools as needed
- Strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills
- A team-first attitude with a focus on safety and performance
- Energex accreditations – highly regarded
