In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new customers. Your primary focus will be verifying new accounts, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with AML/CTF regulations and internal policies.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys problem-solving within the FinTech and payments space.ResponsibilitiesConduct customer verification (KYC/KYB) checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Assess new accounts for potential risks, identifying and escalating any concerns.Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, risk, and operations to streamline the onboarding process.Ensure adherence to AML/CTF regulations, fraud prevention measures, and internal policies.Communicate with customers to gather necessary documentation and provide guidance on the onboarding process.Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements.Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce onboarding friction.About youStrong attention to detail and ability to assess risk factors.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and internal teams effectively.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.Experience in customer verification, compliance, or risk assessment (preferred but not essential).Knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and KYC/KYB processes (a plus).Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field (preferred but necessary).Why join us?Be part of a high-growth FinTech reshaping business payments and rewards.Work in a dynamic and innovative team, with opportunities for career growth.Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.Competitive salary and benefits, plus the opportunity to make a real impact.
