Your new role
* Temporary position (3-6 months)
* Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including:
o Maintaining and updating Excel inspection documents.
o Managing WHS tasks (e.g., training monitoring, first aid station maintenance, MSDS register).
o Supporting QA administration and time sheet control.
o Assisting with service documentation and reporting.
o Handling repairs and stores support, including work order tracking and database maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas and conditional formatting.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Previous experience in WHS or QA processes is advantageous.
