**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Student Affairs Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and student engagement.
As a Student Affairs Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the academic team and ensuring smooth coordination between the Centre and the University of Sydney on teaching and curriculum processes. You will develop and deliver high-impact student and alumni engagement programs, including high school outreach, internships, and alumni activities, contributing to the Centre's educational mission.
Key responsibilities will include working closely with the Academic Director, academic staff, students, alumni, and university stakeholders, coordinating curriculum processes and teaching-related administration, managing the Centre's internship, high school, and alumni engagement programs, overseeing and maintaining student and alumni data, and managing budget tracking, reconciliations, invoice payments, and purchasing for relevant programs.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience supporting academic teams or programs within a tertiary education or multi-stakeholder environment, experience managing student or alumni engagement programs, preferably across domestic and international cohorts, experience using databases or CRM systems, strong financial administration experience, and demonstrated ability to navigate complex administrative processes and policies in a tertiary setting.
