Organisational or Clinical Psychologist with business management experience

About the role

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clear, consistent leadership to support the team, their engagement and professional growth.
* Overseeing operational planning, service delivery, and performance outcomes.
* Strengthening systems, processes and quality improvements.
* Building collegial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Leading change initiatives and contributing to strategic projects.
* Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, risk management and reporting requirements.
About You
We are seeking someone who demonstrates:
1. Experience leading teams and/or management roles.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience.
3. Strong communication and people skills.
4. The ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operational needs.
5. Confidence in decision-making and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
6. A collaborative style that supports teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement.
7. A proven ability to foster a friendly and engaging working environment that ensures teams enjoy their work experience. This should involve creating a safe and supportive environment where employees feel valued and trusted to work autonomously.
* Candidates must hold either a Masters or PhD qualification in Psychology.
* Current AHPRA registration is required.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
* A minimum of 7+ years of psychology experience in organisational or clinical settings is essential.
