Engage with customers to expand knowledge and develop skills in our support centre. Assist customers, collaborate with the team and provide expert advice on parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders and deliveries.
Roster details: Predictable 8 hour shifts between 0700-1900 weekdays, with 6 rostered weekends per year.

We are looking for:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- At least 1 year experience in a position requiring mechanical or parts knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite
- High regard for safety
- Current drivers' licence essential, forklift ticket advantageous but not essential
