**About the Role**

Are you a passionate Marketer who wants to make a meaningful impact on the education of future generations? If that's a "yes", then this role could be for you.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our highly impactful Marketing team, on a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing no later than 13 January 2025. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end campaign execution for Janison's portfolio of assessment and solutions products.

This is a hands-on role, perfectly suited to someone who loves writing copy, organising themselves and everyone around them and being a brand champion.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Brand custodianship**
- Own and maintain brand guidelines, in partnership with our designers, and ensure all company and marketing collateral is aligned.
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

**Campaign management**
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) and external partners, managing project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure timely and efficient campaign delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
- Support PR activities as needed.
- Coordinate the printing and mail house logistics for direct mail campaigns.

**Creative development**
- Brief and collaborate with designers, writers, and content developers to efficiently produce high-quality materials that achieve campaign goals.
- Write compelling copy that demonstrates an innate understanding of your target audience and that considers best practice principles for various channels.
- Partner with stakeholders and agencies to develop case study video content for use on social media and website.

**Campaign Reporting**
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, utilising data and insights to test, learn and improve results.
- Deliver insightful post campaign reports, providing learnings and recommendations.

**Event Management and Sales Enablement**
- Coordinate the planning for conferences and trade events, providing cross-functional support to the Sales team and delivering branding and experience elements.
- Support the Sales team to develop and deliver webinars and associated marketing materials.
- Develop regional reseller presentations and marketing assets, in collaboration with the Sales and Business Operations teams.

**Financial Management**
- Accurately track campaign costs against budgets
- Own the invoicing process
- Source vendor quotes

**About You**

You're a savvy self-starter with 4+ years of experience in successfully delivering marketing campaigns that achieve commercial outcomes and business growth.

- You're a self-confident, enthusiastic team player who contributes to building a positive work environment.
- You can be flexible, focused and resilient, in a sometimes demanding and highly dynamic environment that reflects the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- You build strong partnerships, through consultation and collaboration, with core business stakeholders that may have competing priorities and focus.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with team members and stakeholders at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Multi-tasking and campaign management is your super-power - you create and enforce achievable campaign schedules and deadlines, keeping track of important information.
- You have impeccable attention to detail.
- You have a passion for writing compelling copy that talks to the customer and have an eye for good design and branding.
- You have recent experience briefing and managing designers, copy writers and content developers to deliver assets that are on-brand, on-budget and on-time.

Desirable:

- You ideally have tertiary qualifications in marketing or another related discipline/s.
- Experience using Hubspot, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress.
