We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the team at Healesville. This challenging yet rewarding role offers the successful applicant the chance to build on their leadership and management skills in a supportive and fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the day‑to‑day management of the site.
* Work at the front counter as part of the customer service team.
* Make quality coffee and prepare food.
* Keep the store presentable and uphold high standards of hygiene.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a café environment.
* Proven skills in staff management.
* Current food safety supervisor’s certificate preferred.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
* Positive attitude, initiative and exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player.
