We have an opportunity in our Brisbane office for a lawyer with 2 to 4 years' post‐admission experience in corporate and M&A. The successful candidate will have demonstrable transactional experience across private and/or public M&A, equity capital markets or related corporate work, and will be looking to deepen that expertise within a market‐leading practice.
You will work across a large corporate team, including seven M&A partners, giving you direct exposure to high‐quality deals and the partners leading them. Applicants must be admitted, or eligible for admission, as a legal practitioner in Australia.
