About the Role
You will support our operations across customer service, marketing, social media, sales, and car rental claim management. Every day is different — from talking to customers, managing bookings, creating social content, and assisting with insurance claims.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Customer Service & Sales
o Assisting customers with enquiries via phone, email, and social media
o Managing car rental bookings
o Providing friendly, professional support to new and existing customers
o Helping convert leads into rentals or service bookings
* Marketing & Social Media
o Creating engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
o Helping with promotional campaigns and advertising
o Photographing vehicles and preparing marketing content
o Assisting with branding and communications
* Claims & Admin
o Supporting the team with insurance claims and documentation
o Liaising with customers and third parties when necessary
o Keeping track of rental agreements and customer records
What We're Looking For
* A bubbly, positive, people-oriented personality
* Strong communication skills
* Good English — another language is a big plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.)
* Confident on social media and basic marketing tools
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, organised, and detail-driven
* Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, email, etc.)
* Experience in customer service, admin, or sales is ideal, but we can train the right person
