Now, we're ready for our next chapter — and we're looking for someone to lead the engine room of our growing organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a critical leadership role for someone who understands that operational excellence is the backbone of great care.
You'll be:
* Leading day-to-day operations across intake, support, clinical scheduling, compliance, and partnerships
* Building and refining systems that actually work for clinicians and patients alike
* Overseeing preparation for ISO9001 and NSQHS accreditation and embedding a continuous quality culture
* Coaching and managing a multidisciplinary team who make things happen every day
* Working side-by-side with the CEO and senior psychiatrists to scale sustainably, without compromising care
* Thinking ahead, streamlining processes, identifying risks, and building a resilient, responsive ops framework
Let's be clear; healthcare ops experience is a must.
You've likely:
* Managed operations in a health, allied health, NDIS, or telehealth setting
* Led teams in regulated, fast-paced clinical environments
* Delivered results while navigating complex systems like Medicare, NDIS, and national quality frameworks
* Translated chaos into clarity with strong systems thinking and attention to detail
* Balanced empathy and efficiency, because good ops isn't just about scale, it's about service
