Overview

Join the Macmahon Surface Team as a Site Administrator at the Nifty Copper Project to provide high level support to project and be responsible for data entry of daily production reports and labour hours, assisting with on-boarding process for new starters & assisting with HR/ Payroll and Accounts Payable duties as required.

About the Role

* FIFO 8:6 roster
* Full Time Permanent Position

About you

* Have relevant experience in mining or heavy industry.
* Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office and/or relevant systems.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Hold a valid driver's license and are willing to work on a FIFO or site-based roster.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Proven experience managing a varied workload
* Previous exposure to site-based administration
