Job Title: Senior HR Manager – 12-Month Contract
Our firm is a leading professional services company with over 4,500 employees across the Pacific. We're seeking a Senior HR Manager to work across our businesses, coaching and advising leaders to drive outstanding people performance.
A commercially minded professional who applies HR processes thoughtfully, not blindly. You provide balanced, practical advice that meets business needs while fostering positive experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. Forward-thinking and solution-oriented, you assess challenges and develop well-reasoned paths forward.
* Advise and coach People Managers with minimal supervision across the full range of activities in the HR portfolio, including:
o Employee relations matters such as investigations, performance improvement, disciplinary actions, grievances and appeals, consulting Employment Relations specialists for complex cases
o Performance management including supporting implementation of colleague training or mentoring programs and monitor compliance where required
o Communications, change management and organisational effectiveness
o Wellbeing and injury management
o Leave, absence and coordination with specialist teams to support employees to return-to-work
o Deliver HR programs across the Pacific region and contribute to process improvements.
Key requirements include proven ability to work independently, experience supporting and advising leaders on complex employee relations cases, skilled at coaching People Managers at all levels, track record of identifying and leading service improvements, significant experience in a similar role with strong HR generalist experience, and passion for driving change through collaboration.
