In this role you will be responsible for:

* Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
* Providing basic software and technical assistance via phone and email.
* Escalating complex issues to relevant cross-functional teams for prompt resolution.
* Accurately recording customer interactions in the helpdesk system, ensuring timely and detailed documentation.
* Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements to the overall customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Previous experience in customer service or support, helpdesk or a similar position
* Basic understanding of software or technology troubleshooting
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented approach.
* Ability to think critically and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
