Export Documentation & Customer Service Assistant

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Export Documentation & Customer Service Assistant to join their Supply Chain team
This is a fantastic opportunity in a manufacturing environment for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, logistics coordination, customer communication, and solving little puzzles along the way.

What You'll Be Doing;
Processing and organising export sales orders in our ERP
Coordinating domestic & overseas transport
Preparing export documentation (health certificates, trade certificates, regulatory docs)
Communicating with customers, freight forwarders, labs, and international stakeholders
Handling export sample requests — from production to transport to paperwork
Recording and updating export regulatory requirements
Assisting with customer complaints, audits, and quality processes
Front-desk support — greeting visitors and taking phone calls
Supporting continuous improvement & contributing fresh ideas
What You Bring;
Experience in sales administration and/or customer service
Exposure to an ERP system (bonus)
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is ESSENTIAL
A proactive, helpful, team-focused attitude
