**About the Role**:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you lead and drive your team, connect with the local community who require your products as well as build strong relationships with local corporate customers.
The role has a unique mix of customer service and administration. One moment you will be finding the perfect product for a customer within the showroom and another you will be networking with local hospitals and community homes to communicate the benefits of products being introduced or upgraded within their facilities.
- Connect with the wider community to introduce new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities to the business.
- Support customers visiting the showroom to find exactly what equipment they need to contribute to their mobility.
- Oversee all administration, contracts and corporate relationships in the surrounding areas.
- Train and develop your team to offer the most authentic and sincere customer service and continuously be up to date with new and changing products and specifications.
**About you**:
- Sincere, authentic and empathetic customer service and management approach - community is everything, whether it be inside or outside the store.
- Strong understanding of retail operations; from picking up systems quickly, inventory management and stock logistics to quote and contract creation.
- Passion for the allied health, healthcare or assistive technology retail sector - or willingness to learn.
- Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check
