You'll join a highly motivated team of advocates, campaigners and experts driving meaningful reform on issues that matter – from threatened marine species protection to sustainable seafood and tackling unsustainable fishing practices.
The Role
As Campaign Manager – Wildlife & Habitats, you'll play a senior leadership role in shaping and delivering high-profile campaigns that protect ocean wildlife and habitats.
Reporting to the Campaigns Director, you'll combine strategy, advocacy, partnerships and people leadership to drive successful outcomes across key programs including shark conservation, sustainable seafood and GoodFish.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver high-impact environmental campaigns
* Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary campaign team
* Influence government, industry and stakeholders
* Build partnerships with First Nations organisations, NGOs and communities
* Represent AMCS in media and public forums
* Collaborate with fundraising and communications teams
* Oversee budgets, grants and reporting
