Hey you

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to support genU's Social Enterprises through effective administration, systems support, and people coordination.

This role supports smooth day-to-day operations while contributing across the broader enterprise network. You'll help deliver excellent customer service, enable supported employment, and support strong commercial outcomes.

This position suits someone who is organised, approachable, and service-oriented, with a hands-on approach to supporting teams and operational processes.

Reporting to the relevant leader, the Customer Support Coordinator is a key point of contact for site teams and customers, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with genU's values.

At genU, we're a profit-for-purpose organisation, reinvesting our success back into programs to create real social impact. From disability and aged care support to community-focused initiatives, we're here to help people live their best lives.

What you'll do

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you'll:

* Deliver proactive, solutions-focused customer service by overseeing all customer interactions, including enquiries, invoicing, registrations, and accounts payable/receivable, to ensure a positive end-to-end experience.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, responding professionally and promptly via phone, email, and in person.
* Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system, handling general enquiries courteously and directing calls appropriately.
* Provide administrative support across the business, including document preparation, reporting, data entry, database maintenance, minute taking, mail handling, and record management.
* Complete accounting and finance-related tasks such as invoicing, receipting, purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, inventory control, stocktakes, and month-end support with accuracy and timeliness.
* Support the supervision, training, and development of staff, including supported employees, as required.
* Maintain document management systems, shared drives, office supplies, reception standards, and contribute to broader Social Enterprise administration tasks, projects, and initiatives.

What you'll bring

* Significant experience in multi-site, complex, operational organizations
* Business and administration certification or similar
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver proactive, professional, and solutions-oriented service across all customer interactions.
* Strong administrative skills, with experience supporting day-to-day operations through accurate data entry, reporting, document preparation, and record management.
* Confidence acting as a first point of contact, handling enquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person, including managing multi-line telephone systems.
* Sound financial and accounting capability, including invoicing, receipting, accounts payable/receivable, inventory control, and month-end support.
* Well-developed organisational and time management skills, enabling you to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Bonus points for being proficient in SAP.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
