Customer Experience & Prestart Consultant

Into Place is a market-leading design, development and construction company, specialising in architecturally designed townhouses and custom residences.

We're bringing a new calibre of architecturally designed, sustainably minded homes to the streets of Perth that enhance the neighbourhoods around them.


The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through the exciting journey of creating their new home. From selecting interior finishes and colours to ensuring seamless project administration, you'll be instrumental in bringing each new residence to life.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Coordination: Keep projects running smoothly by monitoring timelines and ensuring all milestones are met.
* Client Correspondence: Be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout the pre-construction process.
* Prestart Consultations: Lead engaging and insightful colour selection meetings, guiding clients in choosing finishes, materials, and fixtures that suit their style and budget.
* Documentation Management: Ensure all client selections, plans, and addenda are recorded accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless build process.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team and building partners to ensure every home meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations.


About You

* Experience & Industry Knowledge: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry.
* Passion for Interior Design: You have an eye for design and love helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces.
* Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You're a natural at building relationships and making clients feel confident and excited about their home-building journey.
* Strong Communication Skills: Whether in person, over the phone, or via email, you communicate with clarity, professionalism, and warmth.
* Organisational & Administrative Skills: You're detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at keeping projects on track.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other relevant tools to streamline processes.
