Production Supervisor Role
The ideal candidate for this Production Supervisor role will have the ability to lead by example, hold themselves and others accountable, and coach others in 'Safety Leadership'. They will be responsible for creating a culture of care within their team and ensuring effective, pro-actively planned maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
This is an exciting opportunity for a production supervisor to take on a leadership role in our Acid Plant Feed Prep area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe working environment, achieving department targets, and leading daily work activities.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Creating a culture of care and being a visible safety leader
* Leading and coordinating daily work activities
* Ensuring effective maintenance and minimizing unplanned downtime
* Reviewing work practices and promoting continuous improvement
* Actively managing employee performance
About You:
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a people leader, proven experience with HR performance management, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to effectively communicate across multiple levels and disciplines and have the ability to lead, mentor, and coach others.
