About the Role
As a senior water engineer, you will lead innovative solutions and high-quality project delivery for clients in the water sector. This role encompasses commercial business development, project delivery, and coaching, as well as the technical development of less experienced team members.
You will work with an energetic and high-performing team to secure a pipeline of work and effectively deliver projects to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct and define the scope of water projects
* Design innovative technical solutions and lead project/design teams
* Develop and submit proposals for new projects
* Mentor and develop the skills of team members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Significant experience in water engineering project leadership and management
* Extensive knowledge of applicable standards and industry best practice
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional client experience
* A valid driver's licence
