The Ipswich Girls Grammar School is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Executive Team as Dean of Teaching, Learning and Innovation.
* Lead curriculum innovation, academic performance and contemporary pedagogy by collaborating with the Deputy Principal, Heads of Department and wider academic teams.
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can drive outstanding learning outcomes through continuous improvement, collaboration and professional learning. As part of our team you will have opportunities to work on various projects related to teaching methods development.
This position requires strong leadership skills in order to motivate teachers within school environment. Excellent communication skills are essential both internally (with staff members) & externally (partnerships)
