Deliver engagement strategies aligned to business goals.Build trusted relationships with Traditional Owners, community leaders, industry bodies and government.Oversee social performance, communications and community investment programs.Lead and coach a high performing team with a focus on inclusion, accountability and continuous improvement.This position is full time, permanent and based at Collie. You will drive in and out daily (hybrid 2 days WFH), working a 9-day fortnight. Ideal candidates live within one hour of site.
What you'll need to succeed
More than ten years experience in external affairs, communications or related fields within mining, resources or construction.Strong stakeholder management, including experience in complex environments.Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into simple messages.Proven leadership capability with sound judgement and an inclusive approach.Qualification in Social Performance, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline.
