Your new role This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs, and facilitate or deliver programs. Additionally, the role involves staying informed about the best global practices and trends in learning, leadership and talent development to enhance the overall employee experience and drive a culture that fosters and enables QBE’s talent. Other responsibilities include: Delivery of OD programs and initiatives aligned with business priorities. Coordinate and administer leadership, culture, team and/or learning and development activities including scheduling, logistics, cohort management and stakeholder communication as required. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of programs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate strong facilitation skills. Measure the impact and success of initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of OD processes through feedback and insights. About you As this role is quite niche, the ideal candidate will require demonstrated experience implementing global leadership programs, talent development solutions and OD solutions including consulting, stakeholder management, design and delivery the solution. You will also have/be: Experience in facilitation with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and inclusive practices Proactive and self-directed with strong planning and time management skills Effective communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Tertiary qualification in organisational development, adult education, human resources, or related discipline preferred Benefits We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
