In this role you will be responsible for providing people leaders and employees with high quality, responsive and professional human resource consultancy services and advice.By partnering with the business in a client group framework, the position is pivotal to creating a high-performance culture through workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, and supporting workforce initiatives, with a strong focus on change management.It's all about taking what we have and making it better.
