About the role

As an Account Manager in our Sales Team, you'll manage and grow key enterprise accounts in the aged care sector, driving sales performance and building lasting customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

* Build meaningful partnerships with enterprise accounts in the aged care sector, becoming a trusted advisor who helps organisations improve their operations and outcomes.
* Unlock growth opportunities by identifying and pursuing new business within your customer portfolio, with the autonomy to shape your own success.
* Make a real difference by understanding customer challenges and delivering tailored solutions that genuinely support their goals and improve care delivery.
* Leverage cutting‐edge tools like Salesforce (or bring your CRM experience) to stay organised, track your wins, and manage your pipeline effectively.
* Connect with the industry by representing Telstra Health at conferences and events, perfect for building your network while enjoying some variety in your week (occasional weekends and travel included).

About you

* Brings 2‐3 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or a similar customer‐facing commercial role.
* Demonstrates strong relationship‐building, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of growing and retaining enterprise accounts.
* Experienced in working with CRM platforms, with Salesforce knowledge viewed favourably.
* Communicates confidently with customers and stakeholders across all levels, including managers and senior decision‐makers.
* Is customer‐focused, commercially driven, and eager to build expertise in the aged care sector.
