About the Role
We are a multi‑skilled team, and every day differs. Your day may involve helping customers find products, restocking departments, packing online orders, or providing a quick checkout experience. One constant is delivering a outstanding service experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and provide outstanding service.
- Maintain store department shelves and ensure products are easily accessible.
- Pack orders in our online hubs and support e‑commerce fulfilment.
- Process customer checkout efficiently and accurately.
- Adapt to time‑varying roster, including evenings, late nights and weekends.

- Genuine love for retail with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Team player with flexibility to work across departments and tasks.
- Adapts quickly to change and works resiliently.
