We are partnering with a global leader in intralogistics solutions who are seeking a commercially minded Internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support growth across the ANZ region. This is a hybrid role sitting between s ales, marketing, and customer engagement, focused on generating qualified leads, managing CRM pipelines, and supporting the sales team to convert leads into opportunities. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through digital outreach, research, and events to build a strong sales pipeline Manage CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring accurate data, lead tracking, and timely follow-up Support Territory Sales Managers with coordination, opportunity management, quotations, and forecasting Align and execute marketing activities with local and global teams including campaigns, content, and customer case studies Coordinate industry events and trade shows, including logistics, attendance, and lead capture About You A motivated, self-starter with 3–5 years’ experience in sales / project coordination and/or marketing Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred) Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Exposure to industrial automation, warehouse solutions, or technical products highly regarded Driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally (pre-planned) Why Apply?
