Job Title: Product Guide
A product guide is the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to customers. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a love for getting outside and living life.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem solving.
* Building a strong understanding of products and seamlessly weaving this information into guest interactions in an authentic way.
* Championing the brand as a representative both in-store and in the community.
* Developing personal passions both in and out of the store with the support of the team.
* Supporting in elevating the guest experience by working with the leadership team on projects and initiatives.
* Maintaining an open, collaborative relationship with the team and leadership.
* Supporting with and participating in various tasks as assigned by leadership.
* Responding to guest inquiries and messages in a timely manner.

Availability Requirements:
* Available for one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week.
* Availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time.
* Full Time - 30-40 hours per week (5 days). Part Time - 10-30 hours per week (2-4 days).
Compensation:
$19.70 - $22.60 an hour.
Pay range is CAD$19.70 - CAD$22.60. Individual pay determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
