SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

With continual growth and more acquired projects, LEVEL 33 are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Head Office. You will play a critical role in the delivery of Class 2 residential and mixed-use projects, working closely with our experienced site and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a pivotal role, overseeing the delivery of high-quality property developments from conception to completion.
THE ROLE
As Senior Project Manager at LEVEL 33, you'll lead complex development projects and be instrumental in ensuring successful delivery, on time, on budget, and to our high standards.
Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design through to construction and handover
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring issues are proactively managed
Monitor timelines, costs, and project progress, delivering regular reports to stakeholders
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and WHS standards
Continuously improve project management practices and contribute to business growth
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a results-driven, proactive leader with a solid background in construction project management.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction or property development industry
Proven track record managing complex residential and/or commercial projects from start to finish
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety compliance
