We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and visibility of our services.
About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will lead business development activities, oversee marketing and communications, and achieve strong brand awareness and recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Driving Growth: Increase referrals and patient consultation numbers to our diverse range of services and programs.
 * Strategic Marketing: Develop targeted strategies to increase referrals to new and existing clinics, including Allied Health and Therapy, Psychology, and Individual NDIS Disability services.
 * Marketing Approach: Design a strategic marketing approach for our organization.
 * New Business: Identify and secure new business and partnerships.
 * Campaign Management: Manage our overall corporate marketing campaign as well as individual programs' marketing.
 * Resource Review: Review/quality check resources/articles for publishing (including our website).
 * Event Planning: Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives, manage and coordinate key corporate events, conferences, and expo attendance.
 * Sponsorship Opportunities: Prepare relevant sponsorship opportunities for our Executive Management Team.
 * Contact Leads: Pursue contact leads, including holding meetings with key contacts and fostering effective relationships between us and contacts.
 * Database Management: Developing and maintaining a database of supporters/potential supporters, including reviewing our organisational network of former and current supporters.
 * Networking: Identify appropriate networking events and opportunities for our representatives to attend.
 * Partnerships: Identify and develop opportunities for partners and collaborations with universities, businesses, community organisations, media outlets, and other entities.
 * Tenders and Grants: Scan for appropriate tender and grant opportunities, undertake background research, oversee information capture, draft high-quality funding applications, and provide project management support.
 * Bid Writing: Write and prepare for submission of bids, major grants, tenders, and other projects.
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in business development and marketing.
 * Strong leadership and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Familiarity with our industry and services.
