**OUR CLIENT**
Our client is one of Australia's largest importers, wholesalers, and distributors of Asian food and beverages products sourced from around the world and then sold and marketed to more than thousands of Asian groceries food stores and supermarkets, and mainstream supermarkets, such as Woolworths, Coles, Costco, and IGA. They have a great marketing team with many years of experience looking after all their retail customers and consumers throughout Australia.
They pride themselves on understanding the importance of selling quality products and therefore ensure all their products are of the highest quality and able to meet Australian Food safety standards because they believe their customers deserve the best.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Administration**:
- Process Purchase orders.
- Be the prime contact for customer orders, ensuring they are kept up to date until their order is complete.
- Maintain contact with suppliers/customers for operational matters, booking transport, processing delivery notes, follow-up of orders, and invoicing.
- Filing of orders and related documents.
- Follow up on claims with suppliers and customers regarding pricing, volumes, and quality.
- Follow up on stock on hand, shipment ETA, delivery date, cost, price, and volumes.
- Follow up on overdue invoices.
- Packing and sending parcels if required.
- Data Entry and assist in reporting.
**Marketing**:
- Assist the Marketing Director.
- Image library maintenance.
- Website inventory and pricing update and maintenance.
- Showroom maintenance.
- Marketing samples and promotional materials management.
- Assist in events & expos.
- Assist in POSM production.
**CRITICAL SKILLS TO THE ROLE**
- Strong customer service focus.
- Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint) to intermediate level.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude.
- Have a growth mindset.
- Easily adapt to changing environments and responsibilities based on organizational needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, must be **fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).**:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to show initiative and work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to multitask.
- Must possess own transport.
- Prior Administrative experience is highly preferred.
- Immediate start preferable.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
