This role is focused on providing daily user support, system maintenance and administration of applications.
You will participate in upgrades, testing and support of systems and their automation tools.

* Provide systems training and support to users
* Assist with software development methodologies and concepts
* Conduct systems audits, testing and upgrades
* Administer and manage project SharePoint site
* Built strong relationships through positive, proactive and professional communication and support
* Drive efficiencies by demonstrating system functionality to enable high performing teams
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users in a timely manner
