Our Maintenance staff are 'Jack of All Trades' professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment. This role offers variety and keeps you busy with a mix of independent tasks and collaborative work. You'll be confident managing BMS and CMMS systems and performing general repairs, including plumbing, light replacements, painting, plastering, and carpentry. You may also conduct investigative work to identify potential maintenance issues.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:
* Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
* Similar property maintenance experience in student accommodation/hospitality
* Safety-first mindset and understanding of basic OH&S principles and chemical handling
* Positive, can do attitude and a willingness to join a fun team
* Physical capability is essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with our diverse workforce and residents.
