Overview
Nesuto Mounts Bay is looking for a Front Office Manager to lead their team.
Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department and Team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Main Duties
* Oversees the activities at the front office during each shift.
* Preparing rosters for receptionists in conjunction with Duty Managers
* Controlling the departmental budgets and forecasts
* Ensuring service standards guidelines
* To maintain staffing levels and ensure payroll is kept in strict line with budget forecasts.
* To recruit, select and train new Front Office employees ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency and procedures.
* To ensure that all department employees are adhering to strict confidentiality in accordance with information passed on to owners, tenants, guest, and employees.
* Liaising with the reservations department for all daily activities
* Liaising with the housekeeping department for all daily activities
* Responsible for any written correspondence/filing/report generation and miscellaneous administration support for the department
* To maintain an acceptable level of stock on hand and to place orders as efficiently as possible.
* Keep an eye on restaurant stock and staff and help where needed.
* To authorize all purchases made by the Front Office department and pass invoices to Accounts Department for payment.
* Maintain OHS&S issues.
* To liaise any issues with owners and tenants to the Duty Manager or General Manager
* To ensure that all services offered to guests through the Department are available and carried out with efficiency and courtesy.
