About The Role
Are you an experienced transfer pricing professional seeking a new challenge and interested in working on advisory projects? If so, consider joining our Perth TP team. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape the team under a respected Director, working closely with the national team and local clients across Australia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in designing and implementing Transfer Pricing policies and operating models for Australian MNEs and startups.
* Provide commercial advice on transactions for medium to large companies.
* Support outbound planning and global value chain transformations.
* Manage projects, collaborating with clients and service lines locally and internationally.
* Assist with ATO risk reviews and transfer pricing disputes.
* Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation for intercompany transactions.
* Conduct benchmarking analysis and develop financial models.
* Review legal agreements from a Transfer Pricing perspective.
* Collaborate with BDO's international network to serve global clients.

What You'll Need To Succeed

* Desire to work on diverse client projects across industries.
* Transfer pricing experience in professional services or client side.
* Deep understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing framework, Australian legislation, and BEPS developments.
* Relevant tertiary and CA/CPA qualifications.
* Lateral thinking and an inquisitive mindset.
* Experience in developing planning structures, dispute resolution, and compliance management.
* Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
