Key Responsibilities
- Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
- Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
- Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
- Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
- Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales
Who are you?
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
- Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
- GDS experience
- Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
- Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
