Your role will be to coach, develop, and consult with Directors, senior managers, and delivery teams. You'll run monthly initiatives, workshops, and training sessions and provide practical guidance where it counts.We've worked with this company for years. They're highly respected and at the top of their game. Their projects average between $15m and $30m.The salary is up to $200k, including super. You'll mainly be based in Melbourne's inner southeast, with the flexibility to work across multiple sites. The head office is near Malvern.The business style is open, professional, and consultative. They involve their clients early (ECI) on every project, and their top-down communication approach is part of their DNA. You'll be expected to mirror this approach and contribute to developing internal HSE processes.This is not a support role - you'll report directly to the Directors, sit at the same level as Construction Managers, and have a seat at monthly management meetings where you'll identify risks and roll out new initiatives.Interviews will be in two stages, with a view to appoint someone by the end of May, depending on your availability.The nature of projects is evolving - more complexity, basements, sloping blocks, rooftop pools, high-end finishes, and award-winning facades.
