The primary goal of this contract position is to support workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and staff development initiatives as an HR Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Expert Advice: Provide expert guidance on HR policies, performance management, and disciplinary processes to ensure compliance and best practices.
* Recruitment Support: Coordinate and assist in recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
* HR Briefings: Deliver presentations and briefings to staff and leadership on various HR topics, including policy updates and changes.
* Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of legislation and HR trends to inform strategic decisions and improve HR services.
* Organisational Development: Support organisational development, culture, and workforce capability initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
