We are looking for an experience Business Services Manager, who is able to provide Tax Planning & Business Advisory Services to a wide range of clients. You will join our cohesive leadership team, with potential to progress to Director in the short term.
As a Business Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting the development of our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing client relationships and expectations, including responding directly to client queries.
• Assisting in the management of your team, driving accountability and effective delegation of work.
• Providing training and support to team members.
• Reviewing financial statements and income tax returns, and supporting team members in the preparation of client work.
• Supporting Directors with compliance and advisory tasks, providing technical expertise and liaising directly with clients.
• Managing work in progress (WIP) and billing for client engagements.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong technical capability, a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach. You will be able to demonstrate:
* CA or CPA qualification.
* Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge.
* A minimum of 5-7 years of manager-level experience in business services, compliance and advisory roles.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and an inquisitive mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* The ability to work efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
* A positive, team-oriented approach with enthusiasm and a willingness to continue learning.
