ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a creative multimedia professional with a passion for producing high-quality digital learning content? Join our dynamic Defence Support Services team and play a key role in supporting the Australian Army's Workforce Training Group through innovative digital media solutions.

As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of interactive digital media and video content used in Defence training programs. You'll work closely with Defence personnel and report to the Manager, Defence Support Services.

Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of engaging, effective, and modern training materials that support Defence capability and learning outcomes.

Selected Duties:

* Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content tailored to Defence training needs.
* Design and develop interactive digital media and basic digital applications.
* Collaborate with Defence stakeholders to interpret briefs and manage multimedia projects from concept to delivery.
* Provide creative input and best-practice advice on multimedia solutions.
* Support blended learning developers with multimedia expertise and guidance.

ABOUT YOU

Skills & Experience

* Diploma in Film Production, Interactive Digital Media, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and Captivate.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Must be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
