About the Role
As a Store Manager Couple, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of a remote community supermarket
* Coach and develop local team members
* Drive ALPA's nutrition initiatives
* Work closely with merchandising and nutrition teams
* Manage remote logistics, supply chain challenges, and cultural considerations
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management
* Strong knowledge of electronic retail systems (POS, stock control, staff scheduling)
* Certificate III in Retail or willingness to complete within 12 months
* High adaptability and cultural awareness in remote or regional settings
