Aged Care Support Worker - Beenleigh/Logan
Work 1:1 with our aged care clients in their own homes. Shifts available surrounding the Logan area! Open to experience or those entering the industry - training provided.

We\'re on the lookout for committed individuals like yourself, eager to create genuine impact. We are hiring Casual Direct Support Workers to assist our Aged Care clients residing across Logan.
Your contribution:
- Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing and personal hygiene
- Administering medications
- Domestic duties including cleaning, laundry or meal preparation
- Assisting clients between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Community engagement, such as attending doctors\' appointments, grocery shopping or other social or recreational activities of their choice
About you:
- Are looking for a change from aged care facilities and have the opportunity to build one-to-one rapport with your aged care clients
- Are great communicators dedicated to providing the best service for every person
- Are even better listeners who can work autonomously, as well as under direction and within a team environment
- Calm and confident in all different environments and understand the importance of professional boundaries
- Can provide personal care with dignity and sensitivity to our clients
- Believe in an inclusive society and value client focus, respect, inclusion, integrity, excellence, and courage
- Have an Australian Open Driver\'s License and full comprehensive car insurance
- Variety of shifts available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm
- Have the capacity to travel to clients\' homes
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (Not required but highly regarded)

Before you commence, you will need:
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- A Blue Card (Working with Children Card)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities, formerly a Yellow Card)
- An Australian Open Driver\'s License and full comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate (it\'s free!)
- Signed Statutory Declaration
- A smartphone with an iOS 13.0 and up operating system or an Android 6.0 and up operating system
