Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled BAS Field Technician Specialist to lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Automation Systems across major projects in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering turnkey solutions, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning of BAS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the installation and commissioning of BAS/HVAC controls systems.
* Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
* Support startup, pre-functional/functional testing, troubleshooting, QA/QC, and close-out.
* Provide daily reporting, document issues, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* Experience with BAS platforms (e.g., Distech, Tridium Niagara) and control wiring.
* Ability to read construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and BAS documentation.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or lead teams.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on BAS experience, plus five additional years in BAS installation/testing.
