Job Role
The Intake Officer plays a key role in the employment services team, working closely with clients and staff to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with employment services staff to ensure client needs are met.
* Manage client intakes and match Mylestones staff to achieve desired outcomes.
* Meet performance indicators and provide regular feedback on progress.
* Conduct assessments of client suitability for services and eligibility requirements.
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience working with people with disabilities.
* Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and provide solutions to complex problems.
* Experience in sales or marketing, or in the disability employment service industry.
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
